Our friends, Michelle and Aric, have the cutest daughter. This hat is for Amelia--I cant wait to see a picture of her little head covered with this chunky hat.

I saw a book in the library while I was hunting high and low - it was an introduction to cross stitching (?) called Knitwit.

I love cross-stitch! One of the first crafty things I learnt when I was a kid.
Hi Rima -- Thank you so much for Amelia's hat! She rarely leaves her hats on -- always tugging at them, but she loves to wear this one. The color is unusual - unlike anything she has. And there is just nothing like homemade -- the stitching is just beautiful. Fun blog!!
